Mentors (Instructors)
These are the people who work in the front lines of the program.
They must exhibit, at least, moderate computer knowledge, people skills,
creativity, enthusiasm, and patience to facilitate important technical knowledge
to all participants.

Lead Trainers
These people provide support
to the mentors. They serve as information liaisons for the EPAL board, the
community location managers, and mentors. The collection of student data is a
priority for lead trainers. They ensure that the basic computer courses all over
the city are run in a smooth and organized manner.
